By accessing or using Conteqx ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Conteqx is an AI workspace platform that allows users to interact with multiple AI models (including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok) through a unified interface. The Service provides features including but not limited to multi-model chat, project management, document analysis, and web search integration.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to use your own API keys from third-party AI providers. You are responsible for:

  • Complying with the terms of service of each AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI)
  • Managing your API key usage and any associated costs from those providers
  • Ensuring your API keys are not shared with unauthorized parties
  • Understanding that AI provider responses are generated by third parties and Conteqx does not control their content

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Use the Service for automated scraping, data mining, or similar activities
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Conteqx and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or input through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content.

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable subscription fees as described on our pricing page
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled before the renewal date

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conteqx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
  • Any third-party AI provider outages or service disruptions

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses. AI models are provided by third parties, and their responses may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
